Loudoun County 4-H Poultry Judging Teams took 1st Place in both the Junior and Senior Divisions at the Virginia 4-H Poultry Judging Contest.  Senior members on the team will be competing at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Kentucky this fall!  Congratulations to all the members of the Poultry Judging Teams.  Their hardwork and dedication to learning about their projects and judging practices paid off!

The Loudoun 4-H Honor Council hosted a community service project with Project Linus on April 21.  Members from all the Loudoun 4-H Clubs came out to participate and make 80 blankets!  These blankets have been given to Project Linus. The blankets Loudoun 4-H made will be distributed by Project Linus to the children of wounded, ill, injured or fall service members.  Their mission is to give the blankets to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized or otherwise in need of comfort.
